June 19, the Western Lake Michigan Star Fleet will honor Jim Fox, decorated World War II aviator and long-time RYC member, when it sails the 59th Mission Regatta , a five-race, one-day competition for the WLM Fleet’s, 11 Star class sailing teams. The WLM Fleet, at eleven boats, is one of the largest local Star Fleets in North America.
