Racine Yacht Club as a 2013 Destination

This letter is to advise you that the Racine Yacht Club will be a viable, deep water, destination for racing and cruising programs in 2013. We are currently in the process of dredging our entire slip system. The spoils removal will exceed 5700 cubic yards, and will provide the Racine Yacht Club with some breathing room as we approach our centennial. Target depths will range from 9 feet to 7 feet throughout the entire system with several areas for transients exceeding 9 feet of depth. The channel leading to the Racine Yacht Club from the main channel entrance exceeds 9 feet. We would like to invite your club members to join us in the summer of 2013. Should your group be large, we can accommodate special dinner and entertainment requests. Our Club serves lunch on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Supper is served Friday evenings and breakfast on Sunday mornings. Additionally, we are maintaining our current overnight dockage prices, $25 for boats under 30’ and $30 for larger boats, as “the last great bargain on Lake Michigan”. Our downtown shopping district is a ten minute walk. If you need hardware and groceries, there’s always a member who would be happy to oblige.

Please consider making a reservation by calling 262-634-8585.
